Pricing is typically based on home size and selected services as listed below. However, final pricing may vary depending on the condition of the home. All pricing will be discussed and approved by the client prior to services being performed.

Detail clean baseboards throughout the home
Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures
Clean window sills and window tracks
Dust vents and air covers
Dust blinds
Remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings
Wipe down doors and door frames
Wipe light switches and outlet covers
Move light furniture (where safe) to clean underneath
Detailed dusting of decorative items and surfaces

🍽️ Kitchen

Clean backsplash areas
Wipe cabinet fronts thoroughly (not just spot clean)
Clean inside of microwave thoroughly
Clean oven exterior
Clean and polish sink
Wipe down small appliances (coffee makers, toaster, etc)
